若年性認知症は日本ではどのくらいの年間発症率？

 

日本の認知症センター(440施設)で、若年性認知症と診断された患者数から、18-64歳の人口で年間発症率をだした。

 

その結果、

若年性認知症と診断された患者数は1733例

年間発症率は、2.47/10万人だった。

 

認知症のサブタイプ別；

アルツハイマー型；52.1%

前頭側頭型認知症：8.9%

血管性認知症：8.8%

物質・薬剤性の認知症：7.1%

レビー小体型認知症：6.5%

その他の認知症：3.9%

 

今回の報告が、若年性認知症の推定発症率の目安となる。
