いつも同じところの頭痛

本日は、頭痛患者さんに同じところが痛むか？と聞くことの大切さについてです。

以前もブログ内で少しだけ取り上げたですが、再掲します。

片側性の頭痛を呈する場合、最も考えられるのは片頭痛だが、それ以外のこともある。

一次性頭痛と二次性頭痛に分けて、二次性を除外する必要がある。

頭痛では、顔面部の症状も見逃さない。

後頭下筋の頭痛では、耳鳴りなどの耳症状も随伴することがあるので注意。

頭痛患者では、痛む部位がいつも同じと答える片頭痛の可能性は下がるので、二次性頭痛の可能性も考えつつ対応する。
