肩甲上神経(SSN)の障害とC5/6の頚椎症性神経根症を併せ持つ患者の割合

 

肩甲上神経障害と診断された患者100名を対象に調査

 

その結果、31名がダブルクラッシュシンドロームであった。

筋電図(EMG)や神経伝導速度(NCS)で、

正中神経への影響を検討すると、ダブルクラッシュシンドロームと診断された半数で認められた。

 

肩の腱板断裂疑いがある場合にSSNがあることがある。

その際には、神経根障害も併存している可能性を考慮することが求められるとしている。

なかなか見つけるのは難しそうですが。
